Through the process of Interior Alchemy you create a map + a toolkit to guide yourself to your chosen destination. The path of the Interior Alchemist is a journey of self discovery + expressing the beauty you unearth in all areas of your life. Interior Alchemy is about living your highest story + creating sacred space for your soul to THRIVE.
One-on-One Sessions
Holding Space
Sacred Witnessing
Sometimes you just need space to be witnessed by another, whether it be talking out where you are in this moment or where you are seeking to head - a non-judgemental holding as you process what life brings.
Holding space can include someone to celebrate your successes with (big + small) and gentle accountability.
A place you can come for compassion + where you are guided back to your own love for self. A Coming Home.
These sessions can be customised to your needs - and can include one or all of the following: guided visualisation, witnessing, holding space, intuitive card readings, guided creative practices, interiors consults for creating a physical home you love
These sessions are held over the phone, and start at $80/hr. Let’s explore if this collaboration is a right fit for us both… send me a message or book your free 15 min discovery session below

Experiences + Resources
Intuitive Reading
I use oracle cards (Including the Earth Offering Oracle which I created) and Tarot to tune into the guidance you need most at this time.
I do not predict the future or answer yes or no questions. Instead my readings provide insights around the areas of life you are seeking more clarity around. So you may receive topics to ponder further, questions to contemplate, and journal on to move more deeply into your own inner knowing.
These readings are 45 minutes and live on Google Meets where we let the stories the cards are sharing to unfold. Please provide your questions or at a minimum the areas of life you wish to have guidance around.
SOUND JOURNEY
Relaxation & Wellbeing
In-person, one-on-one Sound Journey. A vibrational attunement. I come to you and set up my instruments in your space. We will collaborate to make this session catered to where you are at in this moment and to bring you relaxation to come in tune with yourself.
I use rattles, drum, bells, tuning forks, crystal and Tibetan bowels, as well as my voice.
If you would like to know more or want to schedule a session for 2 or more people, please contact me.
EMBRACE
This is an 10-day Mini Course where we delve into a journaling practice based on the 7 Principles of Interior Alchemy to uncover your ins and outs and desires. This is a creative practice. We start with the first principle - EMBRACE, where we start where we are. We explore Acceptance, Awareness, and Appreciation, and we ASSESS where we want to go from here.
SACRED PORTRAITURE
Your Sacred Portrait is your talisman - an image and symbol of your inner wisdom. I create a sacred portrait of you using collage art. First we will book a discovery call so I can get to know more about you, then I will create your original artwork. You receive both a framed and signed copy of the original along with digital copies for your use. Explore Portrait Gallery.
Distance Energy Healing
I send Reiki Energy to you based on your intention for healing.
