Sometimes you just need space to be witnessed by another, whether it be talking out where you are in this moment or where you are seeking to head a non-judgemental holding as you process what life brings.
Holding space can include someone to celebrate your successes with (big + small) and gentle accountability.
A place you can come for compassion + where you are guided back to your own love for self. A Coming Home.
These sessions can be customized to your needs - and can include one or all of the following: guided visualisation, witnessing, holding space, distance energy healing, intuitive card readings, guided creative practices, interiors consults for creating a physical home you love.

Interior Alchemy Session

You want to delve into a creative self-discovery practice with personalised guidance to uncover the hidden gems found in the 7 principles of Interior Alchemy. Held over the phone or in person if I am in your neck of the woods. In this session I will also hold space for you in the form of a personal ceremony including a guided meditation, a card reading to speak to the season you are currently in, and Reiki (Energy Healing). This will be a time to be witnessed in a space of compassion - a time just for you.

This is an 10-day Mini Course where we delve into a journaling practice based on the 7 Principles of Interior Alchemy to uncover your ins and outs and desires. This is a creative practice. We start with the first principle - EMBRACE, where we start where we are. We explore Acceptance, Awareness, and Appreciation, and we ASSESS where we want to go from here.

Intuitive Reading
I use oracle cards and tarot to tune into the guidance you need most at this time. Included with your reading is a .pdf with a summary of the guidance received.
SACRED PORTRAITURE
Your Sacred Portrait is your talisman - an image and symbol of your inner wisdom. I create a sacred portrait of you using collage art. First we will book a discovery call so I can get to know more about you, then I will create your original artwork.
