Dear Generous self,
You give freely and unconditionally. You don't even think twice, it all comes naturally. Generous self, you are caring and selfless. I sometimes mix you up with thoughtful self, but there is something different about you. You are full of spirit and you are abundance.
Generous self you nurture creativity and joy. Generous self you connect me to purpose. You teach me about service and giving back. Generous self you know a lot about letting go because you know there is more than enough to go around.
Generous self you are a team player - the mama bear. You share without looking back, its just what you do. You lend you helping hand. Generous self NATURE is your mentor.
Remember generous self that you need not be a martyr. It is okay to ask for help and to take a break. Remember to fill our own cup too. This is what self love is made of. When you are generous to yourself it is contagious and you create sancturaries in your wake.
Generous self, the thing that keeps you going is that part of you knows how to RECEIVE all that divine goodness as well. You know there is an ebb and flow to generosity.
Thank you for reminding me that I can take nothing with me when I go, but I can spread the love while I am here.
