Coming Home to Your Creative Self
Make time and Space to Nourish your Creativity. In this session you will be feeding your creative soul as you create and work with a visual journal as a sacred container for holding and documenting your creations.
We will focus on the process of making to let our inner muse speak. Using mixed media techniques, expressive arts prompts, visualisations, oracle cards, and community connection we will go on a journey that leads us back to home to our creative selves through tapping into the 5 elements - earth, air, fire, water, and spirit.
This is for you even if you do not think you are creative. We will work with collage, intuitive painting + drawing, movement, sound, air dry clay and journaling, but it does not matter what it looks like, it is about the process. We will journey with curiosity to uncover insights and inspiration, and to tune into inner knowing.
Total investment $80 - includes all materials.
