A while back I was exploring what I learned in Design school and how it can be applied to life. I have a new found desire to complete all this ideas I have been holding on to and let them finally be completed and let out in to the world - or discarded if that is their fate.

These are the 7 principals of Interior Alchemy and their relationship to the Architectre and Interior Design process.

Embrace

There is a process called PROGRAMMING where you learn everything you can about your project. How many? How much space? What do you want to accomplish? What are the requirements?  what is the deadline? Budget? Preferences?

In life this is the foundations of SELF-DISCOVERY.

Reframing Struggle (a musing)

September 16, 2017 in imagination, inspiration

We can move on and embrace that life was never meant to be a struggle, instead it truly is a journey.

Our stories are not who we are, but instead a documentation of the PATH we have taken.

At our essence we are already whole. This life is a remembering, a reconnecting, a regeneration of that divine wholeness.

Our natural state is happiness, which lives within. Unhappiness is when we let ego take over and can no longer remember that our emotions and thoughts occur, but do not define us.

We may feel like we are this body and the name attached to it, but in reality we are not seperate, we are one.

We are all energy vibrating at a different frequencies that appear to be physical. Other energy vibrates at a frequency that keeps it invisible to the human eye.

Our logic here on this plane stops us from truly seeing the infinite possiblities because we become stuck in the world we see with our eye vision. There is a whole "galaxy" we may only be able to imagine in our current state because our beliefs (we gathered or have been passed down to us) tells us what is and is not possible.

We have to begin to look at the details - the subtlties and start to use the power of our imagination to tell a new story. One that reframes struggles and problems as experiences and opportunities for growth.

Be Wonderful
