Activate (Taking Inspired Action)

Taking inspired action is where all the imagining and planning come into fruition. This is the doing phase - where we make a place into a home.

the biggest mistake you could ever make is being too afraid to make one.

If dreams are to take flight we must take steps to move us closer to our desires. Even if we are feeling some trepidation about what will come of us. We make our thoughts physical by backing them with loving movement.

Sometimes inspired action means slowing down. It is about responding to intuition, energy, the seasons of life.

Sometimes it means incorporating a new behaviour or nurturing ideas into reality.

Truth is about integrity. We must be present to percieve the TRUTH.

Let me embrace the truth within, so that i may see clearly when i remove beliefs that are based in falsities. Truth leads to freedom.

moving through the funk of illusion together - for we know what LOVE always exists when we are ready to allow it in unconditionally.

remembering i signed up to come through and feel all the feelings without attachement or judgement. I am not my emotions. I AM the OBSERVER + the conscious awareness.

Appreciating Life (Seeing Each Day as New Creation)

We create our world.

Mostly through the imagination.

What we see is based on what beliefs we "imagine" to be true and this filters our world.

Imagination is connected to creativity whose energy dwells in the second chakra.

If I can imagine the world as a supportive place then I will not get bogged down by everyday challenges, because I know I am supported and everyday is a chance to create again - a new start.

To get to this place I often need to tap into my inner child who is very present  - unconcerned about the future and the past.

When we play + use our imagination we activate the law of attraction. This process starts when we are children and continues to grow if we nurture this divine ability.

This play leads to innovation.

Play can become meditative + bring us to a new level of concentration and consciousness. When I  find myself in this placw it lifts my spirits so that i may enjoy all aspects of this life!

I tend not to think (or analyse) when I am in the process of collage, but that is not the same as not trying or that it is meaningless. It just flows better when I seperate from the mind.

The mind stops me mid creation. It questions. It is an over analyser.

Collage is meditation for me. When I am not trying to create anything in particular, I  can get into a state of creating purely for the sake of creating. Purely for the process. Allowing what wants to come through.

Sometimes I have a theme, sometimes I have images I am prepared to incorporate, sometimes I start fresh. Sometimes I work over existing beginnings.
